Service Description

Follow up appointment after your initial evaluation. These sessions include: > Strength and conditioning > Corrective exercise, > Range of motion & stretching exercises > Balance and stabilization exercises > Neuromuscular re-education > Joint & soft tissue mobilization > Dry needling > Chronic pain re-education. Together we will follow up on your plan developed at the first visit, change and add to the plan as necessary, and continue to work on the causative factors discovered at the first visit.
